CCMweb reporting Issues

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question if anyone know much about ccmweb and reporting in it?

We have a customer site who are experiencing the below issue:

Within the Agent PIO stats in Flexible Reporting, we had added a custom column for Total Time Handled. When you review or modify the report within Flexible reporting this column does not appear, however when you run the report through CCM Web the column is included in this report. Is there any way to have this column show up in the flexible reporting system so that it can be seen and modified if necessary.

So my question is, does anyone have any user documentation on ccm web / know where to find it? and if there is a solution to the issue reported?

The age old complaint for CMM - documentation , its basically crap

there is nothing very detailed as an explanation of what can be done for flexible reporting

From the ccmweb help tab there are links to the manuals that may help

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
