Hope you can help.....
We are in the process of upgrading from sccs5 to ccms. we have transfered the databse fine, and restarted the new ccms server.
The server comes up fine and all the cdns aquire ok no probs, the call pilot access channels also all come up fine and we are able to play prompts.
BUT we are unable to acquire/de-acquire and agent phonesets. the display sits as de-acquire pending and goes no further.
we have ini'd the switch (rls4.5)
Anyone got any ideas? this is our second to last attempt before packing up for the night....
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
