I ran into a problem when installing CCMS Standby server. During the server setup config step the install locked up and gave me an error that it could not create user groups and to check the nisuers.log file.
I resolved this by uninstalling everything and starting over, but not performing the database restore during the install proces. I restored the database after the CCMS software and license manager software was finished. Everything worked fine at that point. I verified with Nortel support that this was the only fix for this issue.
