Hi All..

Anyone had this update applied? what are the fixes included?

We are about to have this applied to us but Nortel are being cagey about what it'll fix. Seems to be the panacea for everything.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Hi

Done SU03 last night.

We have everything on one server and installed in the following order :

CCMS SU_03, SUS_0301, pep_030130, pep_030131,pep_030134,
CCMA pep_020401, pep_020402 (make sure you have CCMA_6_sus_0204 installed first)
LM_6_SU_03, LM_6_SUS_0301

After doing CCMS the license manager failed. TFE services
wouldn't run. Only once the license manager was updated did all the services come up.

We are hoping that it will solve memory clashes that we are getting on CC6.

Hi,

I also applied SU03 about 3 weeks ago. The same problem with licence manager. After updating it, all works fine.
If you like to install SU03, you should download updates for licence manager.

We went for su03 but haven't bought LM back in service yet. we are being told that there's a designer patch that nortel would like us to trial.......

License magager problem is fixed with the LM patch. If you install CCMS_6.0_SU03, the following patches also has to be installed: LM_6.0_SU03, LM_6.0_SUS_0301, CCMSU_6.0_SU_03.

more SU03 grief...

we went and tried to go su03 from a sccs5, server was all ok until we tried to run the config. it crashed at stage 5 - the call by call data.

evidently there used to be a fault where by all the passwords would get reset to some stupid nortel password (ngensys, ngendist administrator etc) evidently it had been fixed in su02 but now appears to be back in su03.

[morning][shadessad]

the old work around is no longer valid.

!"$**!"!!!!
