we are about to convert our existing suite of ccms/a/cct/ccmm to AACC. does anyone know where i can pull down a comparison document to let me prepare for this change? i would also like to hear from anyone who has gone thru this. our s/w release is 7.0 in the current environment

What do you mean by comparison document? do you want to new the new features from 7.0 to AACC 6.2 or are you looking for more of an install document? All documentation is available from Avaya at support.avaya.com

Best of luck with your upgrade, from 7.0 it's a fairly straight forward migration as it's already running Cache DB.

Yes, What I was asking was if here were some sort of DOC's that show for instance how you build an email box in CC7 now and how you would build one in AACC 6.2. Or what the differneces are in the CCAD application on an agent desktop...or what the difference is in reporting issues and what not.

Everytime Avaya releases a new release they have a what's new with xxxx document. You can review these documents and they will tell you what new from the previous version. As for the remaining information, there is no doc that says, this is how it was done on CC7 and this is how it's now done on AACC 6.x. You will only see a how you set it up in AACC 6.x.

Again, your best source of info is to go onto the avaya site and download the documentation library for your CC7.
