CCMS 6- compatibilty with Call Pilot

Hey all- We are about to upgrade SCCS5 to CCMS6. Does anyone know if Call Pilot 3.0 is compatible with CCMS 6? We have conflicting reports- one source telling us we need CP 4.0 or higher and another source telling us 3.0 is fine. The Nortel compatibility matrix is horrible and can't tell anything from that. Anyone know on this? Thanks for the time.

Depends on what you plan to do... but CP 3.0 should be supported by CCM 6.0.

I know we have had to upgrade Call Pilot 2 when upgrading to CCM, but I think Call Pilot 3 may be ok. I think it comes down to: Is Call Pilot 3 still supported by Nortel.
