CCMs 6 call pilot 4 and Nice voice recording

Hi All,

We have the above set up.. CCMS, call pilot to play prompts etc and nice perform voice recording when we switch nice on to monitor the meridian link for cti event we lose the call pilot messages.

We have the same set up at another site except it's symposium 5 and have no issues.

Anyone know of any issues with the meridian Link service on ccms?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

does this happen as soon as you switch the nice system on to monitor?

Is your PBX on the motorola proccessor or the pentium?
