My customer has ACCS release 7.1.0.3, they got issue outbound calls did not delivery to agent although OB campaign status show running. I found the SOL: said we need to apply patch AvayaCC_CCMM_7.1.0.3.23, but I could not find this file on both the Support and PLDS website. Has anyone already downloaded this file, please share the link to download it?
