Hi there,
when pulling a contact, the agents are getting a message that they need to "reconnect" to CCMM, and in the "agentdesktoplog.txt" file it generates a XML error with the following description
"Contact xxxx is being marked as unreadable."
According to Nortel the "Asciifilter" on the CCMM server had to be changed which I did, but no joy. Still the same error.
Any help will be appreciated.
