Every time there is a network problem, the agents are disconnected from both the softphone and the CCAD.
When it's solved, agents can re-log onto the sotfphone without problems but can not log onto the CCAD because it tells them the agent is already logged. The only solution is to reset the License Manager. I want to know first the origin of the problem, but if anyone has found it ... how can I force the logoff(CCAD) of agents without having to restart everything.
