Hello,

Every time there is a network problem, the agents are disconnected from both the softphone and the CCAD.
When it's solved, agents can re-log onto the sotfphone without problems but can not log onto the CCAD because it tells them the agent is already logged. The only solution is to reset the License Manager. I want to know first the origin of the problem, but if anyone has found it ... how can I force the logoff(CCAD) of agents without having to restart everything.

There is another non-intrusive way of allowing agents to log back in. On CCMS re-start the service CCMS OAMCMF_Service. This will synchronize the agent status from CCMS to CCMM. Please be aware that if you do this while agents are logged in to CCAD they will be logged out.
