CCMail reclaim failed with error 3867199

When running recl32 from an NT4 Workstation (SP5) on a CCMail PO, on an NT4 Server (SP5), the reclaim always fails at teh same point with the following error;
2001/04/23 05:51:44 -- 63488 record(s) processed.
2001/04/23 05:52:00 -- 64512 record(s) processed.
2001/04/23 05:52:01 -- Locking the current version of this file for the final pass.
2001/04/23 05:52:01 -- Number of updates to be processed: 1
2001/04/23 05:52:02 -- Locking the current version of this
Error: 3867399, Location: ECDPN 489.

Reclaim failed to run successfully, hard error (error: 3867399, exit status: 1).

However, when I run the same version of recl32 from the NT4 Server the reclaim completes successfuly.

I have downloaded the latest CCREGMOD from the Lotus Web site and ran it on both the server and workstation. Also, any versions of REGMOD on the server or workstation have also been replaced with the latest CCREGMOD download.

Any help or advice on what to do next would be much appreciated.

http://www.lotus.com/home.nsf/welcome/support

and then select "cc:Mail & Softsearch" in the category section. A webpage will open up...click on the Search button. Enter the error number in the search box and you will get 11 returns. Check that out.
