ccMail hangs in Windows 2000

Hello,

I have a problem when I try to create a new profile on a clean install of Windows 2000. The program just hangs when I click next after choosing Network. I am using ccMail version 8.41 on a windows 2000 workstation with service pack 4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Does the user you logged in have write right to the ccMail folder? ccMail need to create a profile folder there.

Thanks for the suggestion, but yes they have write access. I am working with users that are already setup and I am upgrading them to a newer machine.

I found out that there is an installer patch that needs to be installed before the program can be installed.
