ccmail 6.31 failing install from disk

Do you have MS wheel or Intellipoint software running? I seem to remember seeing a problem with this and 6.3 on Lotus site. We recently migrated our users off 6.3 and put them on 8.5. Much nicer interface...looks and feels like a "real" email client.
