CCMA webclient unable to login 3

Hi All,

Just upgrade the windows 2003 sp2 on my CC6 co-res server(with required patch installed before installation).

But after upgrade, user cannot login the webclient to view reports. Every account (normal user or webadmin)I used to login got the below error msg
"You have entered an invalid User Name/Password combination. If you have forgotten the password, please contact your administrator. ". I'm sure that the pwd is correct, but cannot login.

Anyone has any idea about that?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Have you tried loggin in with the webadmin default password?

what patch level you're in? you may want to try this..

1) On the server under Computer Management / Local Users and Groups, change the "iceAdmin" user password.

2) Under CCMA Configuration Utility (Start menu), in the IceAdmin Password Change Utility also change the "iceAdmin" password. In the Old Password field put the new password that you just changed in the server Computer Management. And in the New Password and Confirm Password put a definitive new password.

MS has an ADAM patch that must be installed with SP2.

Hi,

1. Install ADAM patch. For SP2 ADAM patch is require.
2. Reset iceadmin password & follow-up post installation again.
