CCMA troubles with Windows 2003 SP2 1

After we updated a back up server to sp2, we are now getting this error: WClient_DA_Com. It eventually will run the CPU to 99%, a rebbot will clean it up only to have it return..... Any ideas?

This may have something to do with the fact that ADAM may not have been updated along with SP2. Go to Microsoft's download center and download the latest service pack for ADAM and install it. This may fix your problem.
