CCMA SU04: Error unknown

We have just applied CCMA SU04 and when we open the CCMA homepage all that the page displays is Error: Unknown!"

Any ideas will be appreciate

Did you update the client PCs to use .NET instead of SOAP?

This is happening in the CCMA server and install .NET is a requirement to install the SU04.

Have you followed the indtructions in the readme file on su 04, also if you have access to the DTR Distributor Technical Bulitin you should follow it through, it's not a straight forward patch to apply. You need to reconfigure the ICE accounts and also install .net as su04 does now not need the soap package.

Some other notes below

c:\programfiles nortel networks wclient apps reporting historical rpt folder, take read only off for all sub folders.

Install dot net framework, then go to IIS manager ( programs administrative tools etc check web serbvice extensions + Local website

ensure iceadmin password is the same as iusr_swc, reset them in manage computer if needed

Also need to re-enter this password in IIS Manager for Default Web Site properties:see page 36 of dtr and also the NT default website.

remember to install the active x controls in su04 pacakge

then check ccmaserver/supportutils/testwebservices.asp to see if all the services are up

It's not the SU04, but the CCMA coresident server. In the client pc's everything works perfectly. Ideas?
