CCMA Real Time Displays

Hi

We have CCMA working perfectly well on all our sites. However my own Lenovo T60 laptop for some reason, refuses to show any agent information, whichever site I am at - application and skill set - no problem. But I don't seem to receive any multicast packets on port 6060 at all? I've tested using a multi case tested and it just sits and waits for packets.

It's just me with the problem and it's very frustrating.

Please help!
