Hey all. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. We have an existing site (site A)- Option81, CC6 and via Carrier Remote Cabinets have extended PBX to a 3rd party vendor (site B). Voice conenctivity works fine. We have a dedicated DS3 data circuit to the 3rd party vendor.
The vendor is logging into our CCMA server at site A from a desktop at site B. I'm not a network guy so please bear with me. Site B sits behind a firewall. They are using a PAT configuration to to send data to us so all private desktop IPs at their site appear to route to us through this 1 PAT'd IP. They can login to CCMA from site B behind the firewall just fine and can access CCM and Historical Data just fine. Real Time Data does not populate however. We are using Unicast to send data there. In a PAT'd IP situation should RTD be able to route through to a desktop at Site B? I know certain network ports need to be opened on the firewall to allow Unicast data through and this has been done to my knowledge.
So can this be done and any ideas around troubleshooting? Thanks much for any thoughts around this!
