We just installed what used to be Nortel Symposium and is now Avaya Aura Contact Center.

From what I've seen, a lot hasn't changed from the original Nortel product and I'm hoping someone in this forum can help.

We did not integrate the Call Center Management Administration with Active Directory, so user accounts are built locally on the server.

I've discovered that there is no password complexity rules and users could set their passwords to something as simple as just the letter a and the system will accept it.

Is there no where to set the password complexity rules for local CCMA accounts?

If you will use Security Framework, the CCMA users can be imported from AD or you can add local CCMA users and use password complexity rules from SF.
