Good day All,

Something weird is happening with our Contact Centre. On Sunday March 14th CCMS rolled the day light savings time but CCMA did not. So I manually adjusted time. Everything went well on Monday but on Tuesday morning we noticed that at 8am stats were not refreshed to zero on Real time display screen.
Our call centre is open till 11pm. This is happeneng from Tuesday onward. When we restarted CCMA server we noticed "IIS Windows worker process error".
Is there any way I can find out if the reset time is conflicting it with my day light saving time adjustments?
I assume reset of stats happens once all agent log off or at 12 midnight?

Could this be the issue or should I lookin to SU or patch.
Its CCMA 6.0 with SU6.

Please help.

Well, it might be an SU - what are you at? It may also be a Windows update, what are you on for that? Is your CCMA a domain member or no?

We have SU6 and CCMA is not a domain member.. this morning I noticed something wierd.. I rebooted CCMA but real time stats did not reset untill 8am.. We are open at 7am.. Could this be related to patch?

Could this be related to your daylight savings time settings? It should be unchecked on the CCMS and checked on the CCMA.

Look in Configuration, Real-Time Statistics. If you start collecting at 9am and continue for 24 hours your stats do not reset before 9am the following day.

we have the same issue. the fix is to restart rdc service on CCMS. you may need to boot the whole ccms as ours threw a wobbly when we tried

I believe that there is a DP for this DP060319?? we are are su05 so we've lucked out.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Thanks everyone who responded. Today I checked with our vendor and he put Checkmark on Automatically Adjust Daylight Saving time on Time clock.. and that fixed our issue.

CHeers.
