Hi there

we have recently upgraded from 4.2 to 6 on sccs and from 4.5 to CCMA on the web client. All is going ok just! Only the web admin username can see the list of supervisors and agents in CCM

Any other user even if they have full access like an admin cannot see any agents in CCM. Also when trying to create a filter in rela time or historical the user gets the following error at the mottom of the page with a red exclamation mark when trying to list all agents when trying to assign to partition.

432:File name or class name not found during Automation operation:RepAgents

In addition to this, when web admin logs in and trys to run an agent performance report, you can see all agents, but when you try to select agents to a particular supervisor it looks as if there is no supervisors and you can only add the, manually.

I assume this is all related to one thing.. but i dont know what..

any ideas would be much appreciated!!!
