Hi- we have a CCMA server where the audit log stopped processing data last month. New events will not populate in the audit logs. We went dircetly into the icelog.mdb on the server and data only shows thru last month as well. Is there a service that needs to run or something in order to write data to this database. Any ideas would be appreicated. Thanks.

Which version of CCMA do you run?
CCMS is currently upto SU06 with some other SUS and DP's.

Hey Supernn- CCMA 6.0 with SU5. I have read that SU6 has a couple of fixes in regards to audit trail. Doesn't explain why 5 of our 6 CCMAs are fine, but 1 is having problems with audit trail logging and all are on SU5. It would be a quick fix to install SU6, but I understand that new activeX controls are required and that always proves to be a pain to deploy new client controls. Since Nortel's blanket answer is to install latest fixes, there isn't much I can really do. Thanks.

Hi,
We use SU05 and we do not have any audit issues.

Offtopic:
I must say that deploying the ActivexControls is not an issue if you remove the old version first, but I guess it's very hard for them to create a flawless installation (It never worked on the clientside (1.38 - 4.00 clients (and server...) without any issue).

Ontopic:
Can you recall anything modified to the network / server around the time it stopped?
Maybe even a Windows Update?

Also check the CCMS AUDIT_Service
