HI folks,
I am getting the following error when I copied an agent:
Error: Unable to save the users details. :-2147220442:The Personal DN has already been assigned to another Agent and cannot be reused. Please ensure all Personal DN's are unique and try again. [1062]:IceUsers.Users.1
I was trying to set the agent's login ID to his personal DN which I do to all my agents with no problem but the system would not let me this time. I searched the server for that number and the search results come back null; yet, the system will not let me add that extension for either the login ID or personal DN. I have done a server refresh to no avail. Any ideas?
