Anyone know the impact of supervisors logging in ccma multiple times and forgetting to log out? They are closing all windows and the audit trail never shows a logout. When CCM 6 was installed the engineer indiacated this was a bad thing to do. Does this tie up resources for some period of time until it times out?

I believe it's like Element manager, where the server will think they are logged in until after a certain amount of inactivity it will log them off. They will most likely get an error that they are already logged on

I know there is no error indication. So far the only way I know that someone doesn't log out is by the audit trail. I see multiple logins with out log outs.

I don't think it really matters. There's no practical limit to the number sessions but it is bad practice. The login is only a validation, closing a browser window essentially ends the session as you can't re-establish the session again without logging on.
