Symposium 6.0 1 server.....running into issues of Real-time. Webpage has loading data and then unable to retrieve data using multi/unicast. I reset rtd service. verified ip address of 230.0.0.1 and I am unable to even run from my server anything else we can look at? It has been working....so far being told nothing on network is blocking I even rebooted Symosium and still same errors.

Is this something that was working and now does not, or are you trying to set up for the first time?

yes, it has been working. It stopped. Only two are able to run on the server itself.

Log into CCM from your network and launch a real time agent display and make sure you see the "M" for multicasting

Hi,

1. Correct the host entry in both server.
2. Disable side scaling on CCMA NIC.
3. Change TTL value as 10.
4. Re-start RDC,SDP & IS.
5. Make sure agents are logged-in.
