CCMA 6.0 reports not accessable

Customer is trying to access reports and unpon clicking on the desired report, they are not able to create, modify or just access any of them. Message at the bottom says "an error occurred while connecting to the server". I asked that IT ping the server and they can. If they highlight a report, the "Report Details", "Selection Criteria", etc. is all greyed out? I believe it's patched to the latest level available as this version is Manufacturer Discontinued, hence, no new patches and Avaya "best effort" support is all we get. I've done that already with them. Please advise, thank you!
