CCM7.0 oder of programming 1

I am looking for documentation on Cisco.com, without luck. I need a good best practice guide with which to program the CCM 7.0. Specificall the order with which to configure things.

Holly cow, 1200 pages, and nowhere in it does it say config the system parameters first, second the gateways, third the phones, fourth partitions, etc. Anything like that you know of?
