I activated all services, and created a dhcp subnet but DHCP is not working(((
Could you please help me to solve this problem...
I checked licences, dns independecy... but phones are still can't get an ip address.

I have connected them vith call manager via planet switch WGSW-2402A... How to troubleshoot?
What else I have to configure to make DHCP and phones working.

Thanks a lot...

Are the phones and the CallManager on the same VLAN? If not you'll have to add an IP helper-address command on your router interface.

I have not created any vlans nither on call manager nor on switch, but I will check this...

call manager is installed and configured on media convergense server 7800 series;

Put a static IP address and TFTP server on the phone. Then see if you can PING it from the CallManager. What version CCM do you have?

Oops sorry I just read your version in the title.

I have found the problem!!! It was a NIC!!! Only one NIC is working(or activated). As I moved the cable going to switch from NIC2 to NIC1 of MCS7816 everything worked! So now phones are working, but do you know why NIC2 is not working? How can I activate it to make it work?
THANKS EVERYBODY! Thank you very very much! ))
