CCM5.1(3) - GUI not working on XP machines

We recently upgraded our system to CCM5.1(3). We have several users that need access the GUI. Everyone running Windows 2000 can access the GUI without a problem. Everyone running XP receives the following error when trying to access the GUI. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I would really appreciate the help.
