CCM4 external number masking

Guys.

I'm trying to configure external number masking on a CCM4.
We have a department who have a single DDI device, I intend to make this DDI a hunt number, and hang devices off this hunt.
This part I can handle, its the outbound number masking i'm struggling with.

At the moment all outbound calls are being transmitted with the main incoming bearer number.

I've created a new Route Group and enabled number masking on the group.
I've created a whole new set of partitions etc.
I've added a device to this Route Group/Partition combo.

If I call a mobile number, then the masking works, if I call a land line i still see the main bearer number.
Am i missing something obvious ??

Doh.

Just figured out what i'd done.
I'd not added the Partitions to the CSS.
The only one i'd added was the mobile one when i was testing last week.
