i have installed the ccm3.1(1)
i configured all the necessary parameter but they dont register ip phone's or ata's i tried with manualy and automatic register
with tha manualy when i search for the devices always status is not found

i do an upgrade to CCm3.2.2(c) and always the same problem

from the ccm i can ping the ipphone and the ata and the tftp server is runing corectly

please if some one can help
many thanks

Have you started all the services in Call Manager?

yes, all the services are started.
I installed the callmanger 4.0(2) on an MCS 7825. I can't register any phone.
any help is apreciated.

is dhcp setup appropriately? do you have any transient connection errors in event viewer? can you ping to/from callmanager to ip phone/ata/whatever?

Thanks for all
i found the problem it was that the ipphone need a specific file.bin that it wasnt on the tftp directory
and for the Ata because i have the h323 version i just register it as h323 device and not an ata186 and all work finely

but now the problem is when i make a call it take about 20sec to reach the gateway

is there a way to solve this probleme which is decrease the time of connection between the callmanager and the gateway.

Thanks for any help

P.S: the gateway is a Cisco 5300

Yes this is likely to be a route pattern issue or an idle timeout setting. Either try changing the idle timeout feature in the call manager services page or change your routes to have priority on them. You should also look at if you are with 5 didigts that could be possible matches

Whats the number you are trying to call and what the route patterns you have set up?

Yeah, what he said. I bet you have an interdigit timeout situation happening because of overlapping route-patterns.
