CCM2 & BC9

Hi

I have a MD110 BC9 with CCM2. I have problem of real time updation in IM. If the agent is talking the IM still shows the agent in Ready status. After manual recording, the CCM shows around 30- 40 calls less in a day.

Any solutions ??

Excuse my english

view the serial connection
and pc serial port (irq conflict)

restart siu board (MIS)
change port in siu board
