CCM with Nortel Voice Mail

Has anyone kept the Nortel system purely for the VM integration into Cisco IPT using QSig? I know and have integrated purely for users but not for VM- I can not use Unity, not an option

Yes you can. There are lot's of documentation on CISCO's web site. Your Nortel needs to be to a certain revision also for this to work.

We have done it and works great. make sure you have a Nortel expert available also otherwise you will not get it done.

Actually, I just set this up for a user the other day. We just installed a CM 4.2 and already have a Nortel 81C with Meridian Mail.

We have a T-1 between the CM and the Nortel using QSIG. I built a VM pilot on the CM that points to the Meridian Mail (also have a route pattern that sends that ext to the Nortel). Built a phone with that VM pilot in it - user's calls go to the Meridian Mail and when he gets a message - the lamp lights on his soft phone.
