CCM Web Report Launcher

It looks like the question from the thread a few months ago was never answered (thread1329-1487902) and was closed and now I am experiencing the same issue as tomcotton was. The CCMWeb username (admin) works fine when I remote into the CCM server and try to run and launch a report from there but from any other machine on the domain it does not allow reports to be viewed once created....same error as the above thread. Any ideas?
 
check your .net version. PF KB is pretty good and I if I recall correctly, this is where I got my answer when I had a similar problem
 
Also check that the machine has the Contact centre client installed. Without this you will not be able to view the reports

OK, I figured out the problem for those that come after me with this issue......I had to add the IP of my CCM server to the list of trusted sites on the local machine trying to run reports. Not sure why it was not an issue prior to that but the scripts were being blocked since the upgrade to IE8 and adding it as a trusted site allowed the reports to launch in Excel.
