CCM Upgrade To 4.1

I have a centralized environment with a Cisco Call Manager Publisher and a Subscriber. We have 2 VG248's and 3 PRI's into it on
VG-200.
Are software version 3.3(3) and we have CiscoUNITY 4.0.
My question to anyone is has anyone Upgraded from 3.3(3) to ver 4.1 and what issues have you had?
How easy was it to upgrade the system?

I ahve upgrade several..

Issue 1 backup
Make sure to upgrade the backup uilility while still on 3.3..this creates a backup image that is commpatible with 4.1 restore..

Issue 2 DVD
4.1 comes on DVD's ... If the the 3.3 machine doesn't have one it will be much easier if you add a DVD... Otherwise you must "walk" the OS up through several steps and then the CCM after that ... BTW: Adding and external DVD dosen't work.. The internal CD must be upraged to an internal DVD
