Hi, due to traffic now, CCM informations about the agent status are updated at 1 minute, i mean when an agent press on ready button, ccm refreshes the data after 1 minute. HOw can i fix it?
Which program units are related with it?Is it possible to fix it on pbx side or CCM server side (restarting services etc)
