CCM refresh problem

Hi, due to traffic now, CCM informations about the agent status are updated at 1 minute, i mean when an agent press on ready button, ccm refreshes the data after 1 minute. HOw can i fix it?
Which program units are related with it?Is it possible to fix it on pbx side or CCM server side (restarting services etc)

stop and start the SQL-Services, otherwise please add infos:
- V.24 or IP-Connection?
- MD110-Release and CNI/SP
- How many lims, how many agents, how distributed
- CCM-Release, Servicepack and Hotfix?
- SQL-Version and SP?

Hi ,
I fixed it by restarting DCTAP..
Yesterday morning there was a big problem on switch side some lims out of order and restarted because of high call traffic as the IVRs were down . Also CTI applications were now working properly. And at last, i thought that this is because of DCTAP unit and after rfpui it becomes ok.
