CCm on symposium webclient 4.5

I am running symposium webclient 4.5. If I access the client from a same subnet I can access all the featres but when I go to a different subnet i cannot access the CCM and configuration from the webclient. Any tips.

are you using the ip or the DNS name? can you ping the box from that subnet?

You'll need to use the dns name and set that up as a trusted site on your browser.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

I tried ip, didn't work than i tried DNS and still doesn,t work. Funny thing is I can ping the box and also I can access RTD but cannot access CCM. When I click on the CCM link I can see the application server but I cannot expand the tree. But if its from a same subnet it works perfectly fine.
