CCM Conference question

Before I ask my question, I'll state that I know CCM comes with 2 forms of conference. The Ad Hoc and the MeetMe. Ad Hoc where you dial all the numbers you want and MeetMe where everyone dials into the conference. But I'm going to need something a bit more. And if we need to purchase a new product that can hook into the CCM thats fine.

A situation has arised where we have a list of numbers and at random intervals we need to get ahold of them at the same time to relay important information. Is there any way we could do this? The task kind of reminds me of the reverse 911 system some cities have in effect.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be a big help. My internet searches have come up null.

I was thinking that Cisco's Meeting Place was the answer, but after reading more on IPCelerate I think this should work just fine....
