CCM attendant Console issue

I installed the CCM Attendant console on a remote PC.
Problem is it comes up fine, but only the main extension comes up for use. the line appearances are greyed out.

The console version we are using is: 1.2(1 ES12)
The server version is: 1.2(1 ES12)

The CCM Version we are on is 3.3(3)sra4
The phone load we are using: P00307020200 And they are 7960 telephones.

I have verified CCM administrationand verified the lines have been added to the AC user and are checked.

I am hoping someoneone out there can help.
