some help pls gents

1> When you set up the bank holiday messages, it wont roll over and play them

2> the supervisor ability to force log on/log off is there but greayout and hence wont work

fairly urgent, any help appreciated

Where are the messages held? Is it a divert to voicemail when all memebers are absent? If so what type of Voicemail is it?...
