After a long vacation I'am back, and work now for a different company.
They want to use more and more cell phones instead of desk-phones, like a 7960. I don't know if they understand all the con's and pro's. But thats for me to find out in the next couple of weeks.

Can you help me with some scenario's where we can have a mobile huntgroup. A single-entry number on the CCM. They say it's possible, but only one system has to be in control of all the calls. Can that be the CCM (I hope) or has it to be the mobile provider?
We need to be able to log in/out of huntgroups. The group has to be a mix of mobile and fixed numbers.

Also I'm diving in the possibility's with a mix of mobile phones and CCM features, and how to set up the CCM with something else, like mobility manager, or a mobile service provider. I've the option to spend some money, but the call's between colleague's and 3th party's has to be as cheap as possible.

If you have any idea or experience. Maybe you can help me on the way.

Thanx.

mobility manager (mobile connect specifically) will definitely be something to look into for your needs.

using it now, very sweet for the most part and new stuff coming out soon focusing on mobile phones having office phone features/access.

Right now we just have the user cell phones ring simultaneously with the office phone/extension, and all "office" calls revert to office (Unity) VM.

You can slo generate/initiate a call from the mobile as if it was from the office. Caller id for either device an option (user can toggle/change if desired)

User can web access all this too
