Hello,

The team I'm on is coming up to speed on a new CCM implementation. Here is the landscape:

- CCM 5.1
- Third-party e911 alert system implementation in progress - going through QA
- Numerous accidental 911 and 9-911 calls; some will generate alerts, but apparently some do not
- Ongoing effort to fine-tune the dialplan and discussions on how best to use (or not use) secondary dialtone
- Calls FROM emergency services following-up on apparent 911 calls from our location
- CDR dumps set to every 12 hours, rather than the defaule of every 1 minute, because the sheer number of files was causing issues with managing them
- Meanwhile (the immediate problem), no good way to get visibility into recent call activity (outbound to 911 or 9911, or inbound follow-up calls)

I have CLI access and can issue run sql commands to get some good information, but it is only as recent as the latest CDR flat file dump and import into the CAR database.

According to this link:

... There is a CDR On Demand. My question is, how does one force a CDR dump when we need 'immediate' access to recent calls?

Thank you,
klg1
