Having difficulties on finding specifics on making the following work.

I have a remote location that used T1s in my central location for outbound and inbound calls and PSTN line locally for 911 and overflow, should the link to the central location goes down. When and if this link goes down, how can I route the inbound call to the PSTN lines at the remote location?

Thanks.

Set up Automatic Alternate Routing. Then when a call comes into your central site that is destined for the remote site but the T-1 is down, CCM will add appropriate digits and send it to the PSTN lines at the remote.
