I have a new pc with windows 7 and now I can't get into the Config menu of CCM 7.0. It loads the window but there is an X where you choose the system. I have gone thru the IE options and they are setup the same as the Win XP system. There is something about Win 7 that is killing this app. I downloaded a win xp emulator and CCM 7.0 work fine in that mode. Has anyone run across this? I should not have to run a emulator to get into CCM.
 
The Windows7 firewall might mess things up for you.
Did you try to temporarily disable it and give it another try?
 
The X usually indicates an ActiveX issue. Firewall or antivirus can block even if IE is set correctly.
 
You may want to try the 32 bit version of IE, I have seen issues with 64 bit version of IE playing havoc on Contact Center.
