We have CCM 6 and just using the CAR. Is there an easy way to be able to track long distance charges from a department.
I have set a end user as the manager for user within the department. I can log in as the department manager onto CAR and gather the bill for the department. However the bill includes all calls not just the long distance charges. All calls have a Call Clasifications as "other."
Is there a way to change this so it is classified correctly as long distance or local calling?
