CCM 6 3904 Agent Phone Logs Out Problem

Good Afternoon,

I have several M3904's that will log the agent out when the handset is returned to the cradle after the agent logs in. All CLS are the same as the other phones. What am I missing here?
 
check the acd build in ld 23. check the HOML setting
 
As trvir1 said, your problem is that the queue these phones are set in has HOML set to YES. It's the default, and a common initial glitch. Set HOML to NO. (It means that the default is to log the phone out anytime the handset is returned to the cradle.)
 
Handset On-hook Make Logout, if I remember correctly. Just remember this can bite you if you are using call force with a mixture of 3905's and 04's. Agents on 3905's who disconnect their headsets will not be logged out, so calls can still be presented.
