I have built the span on the PRI Gateway. I see it registered with the Cisco CallManager. In the Real Time Monitor I see it has increased the number of PRI circuits I have.

Problem:

I am trying to add it to the Route List, but it is not showing up in as a possible Route Group to add.

I go to Route Groups to make sure that the PRI is associated with the Route Group, but it does not show up as an available choice.

Is there something I am missing to make the PRI Device appear in the Route Group Configuration?

Any help would be appreciated.

John

you must be using the PRI in a route pattern. remove it from all route patterns as a route and then you will be able to add it to a route group

Thank you so much. That was it. The tech that put in the spans build a route pattern for test numbers and did not remove. Found them, removed them and all is working fine.
