CCM (6.1(2) System Speeddials question

Does anyone have any knowledge on how to configure system speed dials on the CCM 6.1(2).

We are moving from a 3.3(3) version and having big issues with converting these system wide speed dials.

Any help is appreciated!

Not for sure on system speed dials,however per user :You will need to give them the ccmuser url,then ensur that you have the the user assigned to the user group under User management.

Well we were using our existing publisher, but went with new servers and are now on Linux platform. Do we need to add another server?

just go into user managment/ add their phone under Device Associations, give them the user URL or add them yourself.

what do you mean by "system wide speed dials"?
Do you have a customized xml file that users can access thru their phone directory that has system speed dials?
Please explain in detail waht you are trying to achieve.

I really do appreciate your guys help or any input!

What we have is we created ip-phone services named with the particular LLC name and then created user-ID with Pin. Then we added and associated this server with a user. For that particular LLC site, they can web interface and add/edit and delete speed dials for that service as well as access the service from any phone throughout the site and view and select speed dials.

Upon the upgrade from 3.3 (3) to 6.1 (2) we lost that ability and none of our services no longer work.
We are getting an Http 404 error everytime. I heard that through the upgrade, they would not carry over. But I tried to add new and still come up with the same affect.
