I am working on a Nortel CCM system that has been touched by way too many people over the past 10-15 years. We are getting ready to upgrade and convert to Avaya AACC and are cleaning up a lot of old and outdated scripts, etc. I have a script that appears to have been created but never put in service. It is still in the EDITED status and is not referenced in the Master Script or any other Script. I want to delete the script but until I Validate the script, I can't Activate/Deactivate and thus delete. I am unable to Validate. It's greyed out. It appears the "administrator" created the script and I am logged in as the administrator. Any ideas?
