CCM 6.0 Login Limit Exceeded???

I am licensed for 150 agents. I am showing 138 measured. The SCB, in the PBX, is set at 150. What else should I check? I recommended that they out and rebuild this agent. He seems to be the only person having this issue. What else would cause the phone to show Login Limit Exceeded?

Have you got some sort of miscellaneous application like an IVR (not CP based)?

CCT server?... have a look in there to see whats set up.

Stretching it a bit, but maybe have a look at the historical statistics config and see if there are anomolies there.

Thanks!!! It ended up being something with the user account. He was deleted and rebuilt and everything was just fine. I could find nothing that looked to be 'exceeded'.
